the laptop is finally here.... YES!
I feel like I really earned it considering the hoops I had to jump thru... but Dell came thru in the end... thank you Jason (the young man at Dell sales). I emailed and called that poor southern kid unmercifully. I'm sure when he heard "Jason... it's Peg... " he just cringed.
